my dear zyz
I hope everything is fine at ur end.i am describeing my experience at the mountaineering institute where i underwent very hard training.
i was one among the six student chosen by the national sports channel for an indian expedition to mr. everst . so the the training at the mountaineering institute fousced on icreasing our stamina ,endurance,&capacity to with stand minus degree centigrade temperature .it is also fousced on how to survive in most unfavourable circumstances and more such like that.
now i can say that we shall unfrul the tricolour on mt.everst.
