Explanation:

Well at the start, you are developing in the womb - this is the protostar… your body is forming into a Human (star) but has not taken its first breath as a Human (star).

You are born, and have to breathe on your own (Your star ignites and starts Hydrogen fusion).

You slowly grow until puberty where you have growth spurts (Your star expands against gravity as it heats up reaching hydrostatic equilibrium) and you reach adulthood.

Your body reaches a point where joints, hair, energy level, organs etc. all start wearing out (The supply of Hydrogen starts failing).

Your teeth start falling out, your body swells due to fat/diabetes/organ failure (Hydrogen supply fails and the star starts Helium fusion expanding to a red giant). Both have a midlife crisis.

You run out of energy, you have shortness of breath, your heart beats irregularly, your mind forgets things (Helium starts to run out).

You have heart attacks or diabetic problems, you forget your name, or how to get dressed (Your helium Fusion starts to decrease below the ability to oppose gravity).

You have a stroke/get cancer/ a heart attack. Your brain fails on simple tasks. You die. (Helium heat fusion pressure no longer counteracts gravity, the star collapses into itself, forms a White Dwarf and expels the rest of the mass as a ‘Planetary Nebula’. It cools down and fades to a black dwarf).
