I hope you are great. I am writing this mail to inform you that the company has decided to introduce formal dress-code for all its employees. The dress code is effective from February 5, 2019 onward. The dress code details are as follows:

a) Female Employees: Ash Grey Trouser/Skirt; light sky-blue shirt, blue/maroon/red scarf.

b) Male Employees: Ash Grey trouser; light sky-blue shirt, blue/maroon/red tie.

Kindly follow the dress code meticulously.

Subject: Office dress code.

Dear all staff, It is observed that some staff are not dressed properly appropriate to the status of the company when they come to attend office.

This causes an upset or offends to your colleagues, apart from causing an unnecessary distraction.  

Please note that with immediate effect, all staff is requested to follow the dress code as noted below, when they come to attend office.

a) smart casual dress code.

b) shorts, mini-skirts, tops showing mid-riff, low cut blouses are strictly prohibited.

c) No low hanging trousers, ripped-jeans shall be allowedWe request your cooperation and support in this matter.
