your are the resident of Guwahati, Assam. Due to heavy rains in the regions the life in the city has been thrown out of gear as many parts of the capital city remains water-logged. To add to the woes, there is greater threat of epidemic outbreak. As a concerned citizen, write a letter to the editor of a newspaper appealing to the authorities to take action to control the situation and suggesting ways to improve the situation.
