If he/she is photography enthusiast and loves clicking photos then he or she must be making time for this hobby from his/her busy schedule. So, I would suggest him/her to not carry camera to the school because having hobby is not wrong but if it is coming to the level of breaking rules of school or any other place then it is wrong. My friend may get angry on me or get disappointed for not supporting him/her for that but then also I will try my best to explain him/her. After all, rules are rules we should follow them.
