Your cell phone bill for this month is unreasonably high, even though you were out of town and had turned off your phone. Write a letter of complaint to your network service provider, giving details of the bill you have received and why it should not have exceeded the fixed monthly rental

A letter of complaint to your network service provider:

From

Rohan,

21/3, M.G. Road,

Delhi.

To

The Manager-Bill Section,

Vodafone Services,

62, Son Marg,

Delhi.

Sir,

Sub: Exorbitant Bill Amount in absentia against phone no.1234

In spite of being a very old and faithful user of your network services I regret to inform you that the standard of your services has greatly deteriorated. During the billing period 15 August - 14 September against the phone no. 1234, I have been charged an exorbitant amount of INR 5000. But my phone was totally switched off as I was out of station during the whole period.

You can check your data and you will find that not a single call has been made through this number nor has any call been received. So the billing amount should be the regular Rs. 150 –the rental per month.

Kindly look into the matter and rectify the bill at the earliest. I am enclosing a photocopy of the bill.

Awaiting your cooperation.

Regards,

Rohan.
