your class monitor is in charge of checking students for proper school uniform and often penalises them when they are at fault.however you notice that he himself often wears different types of socks and belt instead of the ones which are the part of school uniform
1) how this might impact the class students?
2) what you think could be the best way to make him understand that that's wrong?

You can either use the following discussion or develop your own taking ideas from it:

Student A: Hey I want to discuss something quite important with you. Are you free?

Student B: Yes, I am! What happened? Anything serious?

Student A: Yes, I want to talk with you our monitor’s misuse of the power and authority given to him!

Student B: You are right! Even I have observed! I wanted to talk it with you then I just postponed it.

Student A: Everyday he just struts bossing us around for uniform. He takes sadist’s pleasure in penalizing the students who are not in proper uniform.

Student B: You are right! Yesterday he made me pay fine for not wearing the belt which I forgot to wear in hurry!

Student A: I have often seen him wearing wrong socks many times. Most of the students don’t like it. he is behaving as if he is the chairman of the school.

Student B: There is mutiny brewing against him in the class. I think, since he is our friend, we must talk to him,

Student A: We need to tell him we don’t like his biased inspection. We need to tell him true leaders are role models. If he does not become a perfect role model of ideal example, students will rise against him. There will be mass compliant against him. And he no longer will remain the monitor.

Student B: If he does not listen to us, we will straightway go to the class teacher and inform her the liberties he is taking.

Student A: I think we must talk to him first.

Student B: Let’s go to him then and put some sense into his head.
