Your class monitor is in charge of taking students for proper school uniform & often banalizes them when they are at fault however you notice that he himself often wear different socks

It will affect the students negatively they too would not wear proper uniform. hence he/she should stop this.The other students will get a good excuse for not wearing the uniforms.We should make him/Her stop this and make him aware about the responsibilities and duties of a monitor.Show him/her the fear of losing her/him job of classmonitor.Moreover it will have negative impact on teachers too because they thought him/her to be a good student so made him monitor but he/she is deceiving them.
