Your class recently visited sea turtle recovery pools in a resort and your teacher has now
asked to write a report about what you have learned from the trip AND suggest how the
resort could further improve the pools.
Here are two comments from other students in your class:
I was fascinated by how protectively the turtles are kept in the pools.
Some of the pools were too crowded, I guess the resort should dedicate more resources.
Write a report for your teacher.
The comments above may give you so ne ideas, and you can also use some ideas of your
own.
Your report should be between 100 - 150 (core) and 150 - 200 (extended).
You will receive up to 6/8 marks for tie content of your report, and up to 6/8 marks for the
language used.

The sea turtle pool visited by us last week was one of the unforgettable moment in my life. I enjoyed each and every second in that people. It was a one day journey we boarded from our campus on 8.00AM and returned by evening. Let me give a brief report.
I was really fascinated by the different kinds of breeds of turtle present in the pool , the colours and their appearance were really amazing. I was also surprised by the protective environment they are kept in and also by the dedication of the working staffs present there, the turtles were really friendly in nature and I was amused by seeing the way in which they live a happy life in the pool. I can learn about what kindness is all about from their life.
The one thing or a slight disadvantage of the maintenance of the pool would be maintaining the crowd, but apart from it the remaining journey was fantastic.
Last Monday, we the students of class IX C, were taken to the Vedic Resort, being accompanied by our class teacher, Subhra Ma’am. We had a wonderful time there, witnessed numerous sea turtles and other marine organisms on the pools over there. The turtles were kept in a protected environment but there were some observations regarding them, which was made unanimously by all the students, which are furnished below:
1. In some ponds, many turtles were kept together which made the ponds crowded. This creates competition on the resources available.
2. In some ponds the number of turtles kept are perfect
3. The arrangements made for the conservation and the maintenance of the turtles is praiseworthy.
4. Proper infrastructure and resources are not available to take proper care of the animals.
5. The water in the ponds should be cleaned from time to time.
