Dear Diary
Hi!Today i was very excited in the morning when I woke up beacause my class is visiting an old age home today and I will join them too.So,I woke up at six o'clock in the morning and got ready for school.After reaching school at eight o'clock we reached the old age home.The people there were very happy to see us.We firdt distributed gifts to all of them and they were very happy.Some of them cried too and said that we looked like their grandchildren.Some of them gave us something on return too.One of the old ladies there gave me sweater which she has knitted in the hope that her grand daughter would come to pick her up from the old age home but nobody ever came so she gave it to me.It was very beautiful.Then they gave us food that they made for us and it was delicious.I loved it.We also sang songs together.They made us sit on their laps.Many of them shared the story of how they have been thrown out of their houses and left at the old age home.We cried alot after listening their sad stories.While we were coming back,one old lady gave us some cookies which were so tasty.We pursued her and them she had to share the recipe with us.I hope that all the people at the old age home could fing their families again.I also promised that I will visit the old age home every week.Today was the best day of my life.
