Firstly I will try to explain him/her that every tv programme may not be fit for us . So we should watch only selective channels.
and secondly I will tell him/her that its really very important for us to develop outdoor hobbies. In our busy life we should find time and go out to have some fresh air, by this we will feel healthy and we can also go out with our friends and enjoy the beauty of nature
