Sir,

I am writing this letter to tell you about the defects I found in your furniture.I am feeling sad to tell you that I have purchased an almirah from your store a week ago.After using it for a week, I found that the quality of wood used in the almirah was not good as I thought.

So, I want to replace it with a new one as soon as possible.

I hope that you will makesure to rectify the mistakes in the old almirah I purachased.
