This is to inform all the members of the club that as we go to the picnic every year, this year also we will go. We will have a picnic for Agra. I know you all are very excited. But wait on your excitement till the date of the picnic. The details of the picnic--
Date of the picnic-- 2 April 2019 to 5 April 2019
Timings of departure-- 8:00 am on 2nd April
Timings of arrival-- 8:00 pm on 5th April
Please bring your clothes and the toiletries with yourself and also the tent cloth.
No food to be carried as it will be provided by the club.
