You should be able to calculate the expenditure on the staff which will be hired, the furniture and the electricity bills etc. So that you know how much expenses will be spent in this area.
- What items will be placed there and how much would be the cost of those items. Numbering all the items so you know how much money is going to be spent on those particular products every month.
- How the material will be supplied to the canteen and with whom the contract should be signed and how much would cost to avail this service.
- How much would be the turnover and how much would you actually be able to earn.
- A pie chart of the profit and loss showing how much profit and loss the canteen is making in order to decide if it successful or not.
