Dear cousin,
I am glad to know you're are doing well, just as I am here. I have heard that you are doing well and are studying industriously abroad, I am happy to know you are well, and I hope you are working hard to keep it up. But word is going around saying you wish to build a school at the foot of a mountain. That is great! It is good you have an aim to help people, and that too, with a vital issue. I am really proud of you. But, there are some downsides to it.
To begin with, you do not know if the local people support the idea of building a school in their area. After that, consider the fact that you do not have the money to build a school and provide it with decent facilities, so you will have to find a way to raise funds just to build the school. Then there is employment, how will you find good teachers to teach students? And who will run the school? What about its upkeep and management? And how will you buy the students' books? There is a lot to consider.
As admirable as your aim is, it may be impractical. Hope you have a nice day.
Yours Lovingly,
(given name).
