Your father asked you to go to the market and purchase an electric lamp.the shop-keeper displayed two lamps one is violet and another is red which coloured lamp do you purchase to put in your bed room. support your choice of solution.?????

I prefer violet coloured lamp in my bed room. wavelenght of violet colour is less than wavelength of red colour. so the intensity of violet colour is less than intensity of red colour.that is why i prefer violet colour lamp in my bed room...

Violet coloured lamp is the best because by taking  wave lenght of violet color(in angstroms) issmall when compared to  red colour.it is bed room 
so we know that intensity is directly proportional to wawelenght
