I have attached a copy of bill and a image of the defect in product.

Respected sir,

I am Reena, resident of 42 , Arjun Street, Kurukshetra . I am writing this letter vid the purchase of Hero Delight Scooter Model 29Q on 1st March 2020.

Sir, my father had purchased it on 1st March, and we opened it on 4th March as a present. Then, I drove on it the next day and found that the Accelerator was not working. Also, the speedometer was broken. We had written a complaint letter to the head office Kurukshetra the very same day, no response has been availed so far.

Therefore I request to refund or exchange the scooter, and take necessary actions against the branch office.
