the topic given for discussing is a very common problem in today;s society.usually teenagers start driving cars and motor bikes before receiving their driving license.

they may found be very interesting as they are doing so for the first time.but this is not correct.they are not aware of the bad sides of this habit.

take my friend as an example.he is driving car without a license.if he is caught by an inspector then he may be put behind bars or fined.to avoid such situations he should stop driving until he receives his driving license.

i will tell him about the problems and punishments that he would face  , i hope that hearing all these he would surely not break the laws.
