A) You can help your friend by praising her abilities rather than her disabilities. You can prompt your friend to be bold during others tease her... You can say him/her things like "Don't worry dear,these people are just afraid that you may surpass them one day or the other... That's why they are so rude to you.." Saying things like these to them helps him/her to strengthen her morale..

B) Firstly, tell all of your classmates about the vain condition in which he/she is currently... Then, discuss among your friends about helping her.... If this still continues, inform the class teacher about this....
