I think it depends on the expenses they do
mainly..
if he / she have some bad habits then, expending on that must be reduced
if go for shopping much then have to control it.. if spending much on electronic devices or phones etc.. then maintain that
if waste money on outings then,,, maintain that..
if spens lot at junk food or dinners outside then this must be maintained..
after getting salary the person should not go and start spending it...
their must be a good routine for where to spend h where not to....
