Today me and my friends found a machine that can transport you to a different year. We thought it was very cool and decided to try it out. We pressed some buttons and were transported to the year 2088. We found out that we were transported to the Taj Mahal. It was all enclosed in glass and white. We had to use masks and sanitisers before entering the place. Apparently it had to be preserved after such horrendous damage caused by past generation. To be very honest it destroyed the beauty of the monument. Nevertheless we liked it but soon returned

my question is that in the experiment to show that chlorophyll is necessary for the process of photosynthesis why is the plant firstly destarched then again kept in sunlight for almost 6 hours? does the plant not go through the process of photosynthesis during these 6 hours time and if it does then it might have stored starch again then what was the need of destarching it at first?
