I should encourage them and share my experiences and strategy of doing work and planning of appointments daily . What to do , What not to be done etc . Helping them after my work is done , being friendly with colleagues is a better way to lead ..
This also will increase my views and intelligence about how should I interact with which type of person.
This will increase my leadership and influence in the working area.
Helping each other is a better way to understand as well as to be sociable especially in business.
