a) I would tell about the necessity of having a playground in the school to the principal / head and i will discuss all the issues which would be faced by the children ,without a school playground.
b) I will convince the school authorities by telling them about the disadvantages of not having a playground.

"All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy"
This is what is being taught to us in the school.
Every child along with studies needs to participate in extra curricular activities.
Without a playground , its unimaginable for children.
A playground is necessary for every school.
I would write a letter to the principal about the necessity of a playground for children.
Till the playground is available, certain alternate arrangements can be made like ,taking the children to a nearby park under the supervision of the respective teacher. Also ,the Principal can be approached to use any hall present in the school, which can be used for indoor games, such as table tennis, or indoor basket ball or may be indoor games.
