Qualities - A Head Boy should be smart, confident and kind. He should not use his position to bully others. He should have the confidence to represent the school in public functions and smart enough to win quiz trophies for the school. Head Boys should also never boast about their positions and nor should the other council. The chosen Head Boy must speak in fluent English, and be good in sports. Responsibilities - A Head Boy is the main attraction of the school. He represents the school's choice. The HB must deal with some serious issues without raising his voice or changing his tone. He must be punctual and neatly dressed at all times. Lousy marks are also not expected from the Head Boy. He has to be a part of official meetings of the school, and say the correct things, at the correct time. Being a Head Boy isn't so easy, but it's easy to look at.

A Head Boy should take responsibility of the work assigned to him, should have good behaviour, good leadership so that everyone listens to him, politely listen to everyone's problems and be able to find out a good solution. A Head Boy is a representative of the school.
