our school is going to organize a occasion for the great man Rabindranath Tagore on 9th may.ln our school it is the 150th birthday of Gurudev.our school was decorated with ribbons,balloons etc... Teachers and parents were also gathered to celebrate Gurudev's birthday. we celebrate Gurudev's birth anniversary in a Hall. Rabindra Jayanti is the birthday of p Gurudev. Rabindranath was remembered on this day. At first our principal put garland on the portrait of Gurudev.just after a group song recited by children of various classes. After that two children recited a poem about the history of life. A group dance was performed by the kids. At the end teachers and students delivered the message of Gurudev. one person sang Rabindra sangeet. at last a prayer was performed by all.The celebration of Rabindra Jayanti was among the students and teachers was full of pleasure..Rabindra Jayanti was a day that marks the birth anniversary of great scholar and novelists Rabindranath Tagore. He wrote novels,stories,dramas,poems and songs.His composition "jana- gana-mana" has been adopted as national anthem of India. " Amar shonar Bangla"is acclaimed the national anthem of Bangladesh.
