Your teacher describes a population of fish that live in a coral reef. Some fish are dark orange (the same color as the coral); other fish are nearly white. Human activity has led to the bleaching of the coral reefs, making them very pale in color. Over time, the population of fish will be affected. Which graph represents the type of selection that you expect to occur?

Here through natural selection only one of the species will thrive.

As corals get decolourised the white colored fishes will survive from predators and the orange ones would die soon.

Due to the climate changes that is happening in our world many of the coral reefs that used to be present in the oceans are dying.

The corals are actually expelling all of their own tissue with algae which means that the corals are only left with the rotting flesh.

This massacre that we are witnessing actually has a number of implications that we are failing to make it as our top priority.

There are almost 500 mill people in this entire world who actually depend on fishing and coral reefs for their livelihood.
