Today I am sharing with you that how I spent a day without any electronic device. Electronic devices plays an important role in everyone's life. Life without electronic gadgets is very difficult. I wonder how life will looks like without electronic gadgets. So, I tried to spend a day without any electronic device. My mind and body more relaxed. We can do many great things without even touching a device. Today I read my favourite book. I ate my lunch with my parents. we had played together outdoor games. Today I enjoyed alot. It's such a great experience for me.

Tonight I am going to share with you my views about gadgets. Everyone appears to have become addicted to gadgets. As a result social, family, and general life has become affected with it. Gadgets have made our life stressed and unhealthy. Youngsters are always glued to the screens of their smartphones, laptops, or TV. How will life look like without gadgets? I feel there will be more leisure and peace if people observe one day in a week without using any gadgets. Their mind and body will be more relaxed. Their health will improve. The day will be more peaceful with no ringtones, beeps, etc. I feel all of us should observe a day in a week without gadgets.
