If anyone visits a hilly area, the following things need to be kept in mind before you pack your bags.
• Woolen Clothes should be woolen need to be packed, one should carry thermal wear, jackets and warm layered clothes.
• For food one can take dry fruits, hot chocolate powder, sweets and packed or canned food.
• Adequate liquid money cash which can be used to take care of one’s day to day daily requirements, and emergencies.
• Advise the child to wear warm clothes, drink warm water, drink hot drinks like soups and hot chocolates, not to roam about in dangerous hilly areas, obey all rules of the hostel
