z-1/3=1-(z-2/4) solve this equation

z-1/3=1-(z-2/4)
3z-1/3=1-(4z-2/4)
3z-1/3=4-4z-2/4
3z-1/3=2-4z/4
4(3z-1)=3(2-4z)
12z-4=6-12z
12z+12z=6+4
24z=10
z=10/24
z=0.4
