It is a problem of speed.

Zafar took 1hr 20min(80min) in reaching B from A at an average speed of 45km/hour(3/4km per min)

We know that distance=speed×time

or,distance=(3/4×80)km

or,distance=60km

So,on the returning journey he took 1hr 40min(100min).

We know that speed=distance/time

or,speed=(60/100)km/min

or,speed=3/5km/min

or.speed=(3/5×60)km/hr

or,speed=36km/hr

Therefore,Zafar had a speed of 36km/hr while returning.
