Solution ;-

=> √3x² + 10x + 7√3 =0

=> √3x² + 3x + 7x + 7√3 =0 [ by using spliting rule method of quadratic equation]

=> √3x ( x + √3) + 7(x + √3) =0

=> (√3x+7)(x+√3) =0

√3x+7 = 0

x = -7/√3

and next zero

x +√3 =0

x = -√3

hence Option D is answer .none of these ..
