- 5✓2 +- ✓ 50+48/2*4
-5✓2 +- ✓98/8
-5✓ 2+- 2✓49/4
therefore zeros of the polynomial are -5✓2+14/✓2 -5✓2 -14/✓2

c=3
D=b²-4ac
D=(5√2)²-4x4x3
D= 50-48
D=2
Apply Quadratic formula 
we got two zeros are -b±√D/2a
-5√2+√2/2x4 and -5√-√2/2x4
-4√2/8 and -6√2/8
-√2/2   and -3√2/4
