the colour change will occur in only that test tube which contains a solution of such metal which is less reactive compared to zinc

hence colour change will occur only in aluminium sulphate solution because aluminium is less reactive compared to zinc

and zinc will finally replace the aluminium from its solution leading to formation of zinc sulphate solution
