BY USING BODMAS

DIVISION IS FIRST
THEN MULTIPLY
THEN ADDITION
THEN SUBTRACT

9 - 3 \div  \frac{1}{3}  + 1 \\  \\  = 9 - 3 \times  \frac{3}{1}  + 1 \\  \\  = 9 - 9 + 1 \\  \\  = 9 + 1 - 9 \\  \\  = 10 - 9 \\  \\  = 1
