Electricity,

Now watt is the unit of power and hower is the unit of time,
And 1 watt = J/s
also 1 hour = 3600 s

So, answer no(.1)
1 watt-hour
= J/s × 3600s
= 3600 J

Answer no.2
emu current or abamphere is also a CGS unit of electric current just like esu.

The unit for electromagnetic unit = emu charge/second

And amphere is the SI unit of electric current.

The unit of ampere = coulomb/second

or,ampere = (1/10)emu/second [as 1 coulomb = 1/10 emu charge ]
or, 10 ampere = 1emu

That's it
Hope it helped (≧▽≦)
