1) A particle moves along X-axis given byx=(t-2), where x is in metre and t is in second. What will be the distance covered by the particle in just 4s​

the distance or displacement i.e x is given as a function of time.

--> x = t - 2

We can find the distance travelled by simply putting the time interval by replacing 't' that we want to calculate for,

In this case,

Distance travelled in 4s will be

x = 4 - 2 = 2 units
