length of war is 1 m ( l ),
area of cross section is 2mm^2
=2×10^-6 m^2 ( a^2 )
resistivity of copper is 1.7×10^-8 ohm m( ¶ )

If resistance is R , we know
R=¶ × l / a^2
=1.7×10^-8 × 1 / 2×10^-6
=1.7 × 10^-8 ×10^6 /2
=1.7 × 10^-2 /2
=.0085 ohm

Answer:

0.85x10*2

Explanation:

given:

resistivity:1.7x10*-8

length: 1 m

area: 2mm*2 = 2x10*-6

solution:

resistivity x length/area

1.7x10*-8 x 1 / 2x10*-6 [1.7/2=0.85]

0.85x10*2
