1. Arya Samaj, founded in 1875 at Bombay by Maharishi Dayanand Saraswathi, has been hailed as one of the most potential and dynamic socio-religious movements of the day.

The foundation of the Arya Samaj marked the beginning of vital changes in the social, religious, educational and national life of the vast majority of the people of India, as well as among the followers of the various faiths of the world.

It has kept its influence for so long because They took active part in keeping up the ideals of the Arya Samaj till the end. They were not provocative but when intimidated they would not take it lying down. They were not going to meekly accept the growing injustice and oppressive rule. They took active part in the politics as well as in religious and social revival of the society. The frustrations of the majority community had become so high that the leaders were willing to pay any price in order to change the existing order. Arya Samaj preached equality of all human beings and stressed in equal opportunities.

2. India should not impose fundamental duties by certain laws.

Firstly we know about the question why fundamental duties are added to the constitution .

The Fundamental Duties are an important part of Indian Constitution.

No duties of the citizen were incorporated in the original constitution of India at the time of its commencement in 1950. These duties were inserted subsequently by amending the constitution in 1976 (42nd Amendment Act) to regulate the behavior of the citizens and to bring about excellence in all the spheres of the citizens.

The fundamental duties are added to the constitution to made of the people of different races, castes, religious, languages, communities, etc. the need for maintaining national unity and integrity is of primary importance.

So the main purpose of this is to reminds the citizens that the rights cannot exist without duties.

So fundamental duties are just the duties only for the better regulation of the government.

If fundamental duties become enforceable then first directive principle must be become enforceable.
