The length of PS is 6cm.

PQ = 3.6,  (Given)

QR = 6.4, (Given)

Tangent = PS (Given)

Thus,

PS² = PQ × PR ( By the tangent secant segments  theorem  )

PS² = PQ × (PQ + QR)

PS² = 3.6 × [3.6 + 6.4]

PS² = 3.6 × 10

PS² = 36

PS = 6

Therefore, the length of PS is 6cm.
