I am a customer of you from India who purchased a washing machine from you some 5 days ago. I was confident enough that the items from your reputated store would be good , but was disappointed to see a defective machine.

The machine frequently stops working and is not good . I tried to call your stores but was not welcomed nicely .

So, Sir I kindly reauest you to replace this machine with some other good quality machine as soon as you can..
