solution :

given :-

pressure ( p) = 50 atm

volume (v ) = 350 ml

change in litre

1 ml = 0.001litre

350 ml = 0.350litre


n = 1 mole.

Temperature ( T) = 300 K

then

z = \frac{PV}{nRT} \\ \\ z = \frac{50 \times 0.350}{1 \times 0.082 \times 300} \\ \\ = 0.711
