1) Raghav observed some traces of oil on a seashore. He also saw that some seabirds were struggling hard to fly. What must have happened on the sea? Why weren't the birds able to fly?

plz answer fast and in sense full manner...

The oil must have spilled from the oil tanker ships. And as it is know oil spill is a cause of water pollution it acts as a barrier and does not allow oxygen in the water which results in death of aquatic life under WAter. Also the birds that land on the surface of the water to drink the oil sticks to the feather making it hard for them to fly.

because of the oil the birds leg must get stuck in the oil therefore they are struggling hard to fly
