Albert01: near black hole space and time is stretched or distorted. Time, as it becomes stretched, can be looked at as distorted. A “stretched minute” is still a minute, but when compared to an unstretched minute, it is longer.

as blackhole has more gravity it bends space time and photon should travel a longer distance.Hence time is slow. but earth has v low gravity compared to black hole photon has to travel lesser distance and hence time is faster near earth.This phenomenon is called gravitational time dilation.
