Dussera vacation is a fun-filled vacation for ten days. The ten-day festival is celebrated in honor of Goddess Devi. It is celebrated with full pomp and gaiety in the state of West Bengal. Each day is dedicated to a separate form of the Goddess. Some communities keep an arrangement of various dolls called ‘golu’ as part of the celebration. The last three days are the most important.
