(1-sin²θ)sec²θsec²θ = 1
⇒ cos²θ sec²θsec²θ = 1  (∵ sin²θ + cos²θ = 1)
⇒ sec²θ = 1  (∵cos²θ = 1/sec²θ)

or If you wrote the question wrong (which I presume you have)

cos²∅sec²∅ = 1
cos²∅ × (1/cos²∅) = 1
1=1
