Not only this but everything in universe is relative.

Let me explain this

Suppose A is standing on the ground near a road, B and C are sitting inside a car moving on that road

B, C and the car are moving with respect to A because for him they are displaced from their initial position with time.

But for B, C is at rest because there is no displacement with time of C with respect to B.

So the motion is relative.

A man in outer space will feel that A is in motion cause the earth is spinning.

Hope u understood.
