1) A social worker helps others on large scale .. for eg- by distributing blankets, cloths etc to poor or helps in making environment clean ..
2) no he or she is not paid ..they do this without any greed
3) there are no requirement of study only your soul should be pure
4) anything you need that this issue should be raised or help people in particular field
