1)why is india northern plain the most thickly populated in india?

2)why do you think there counld be a wide difference in the local time of places.

1) Indian northern plains have fertile soil..... for a good agricultural production... 2) in India there is difference in the local time.. so a standard time is consider for the whole country.. following the local time will lead to chaos and mess allover the country and everything will be in disorder...
