( 1 ) 9x²y + 27xy²

Lets split each term into its factors

3 × 3 × x × x × y + 3 × 3 × 3 × x × y × y

Taking maximum common factors (Bold Letters) from both terms (underlined)

9xy ( x + 3y)

( 2 ) 24a²b² - 32b³

just like in first part lets split into prime factors

2 × 2 × 2 × 3 × a × a × b × b - 2 × 2 × 2 × 2 × 2 × b × b

8b² ( 3a² - 4b)

aaina69: but how we will do it by using identity
nickkaushiknick: no identity is being applied on these polynomials. second part can be solved further but in that case answer will be in root.
