Sir

Subject : complaint regarding defective order .

Through this letter I (Name) , the head librarian of Ajanta Public School , wish to express my Anguish at the defective order delivered by your reputed showroom .

It was very sad that an order from your reputed shop should turn out defective .

I had placed a bulk order of books for the school library on 21 May , 2018, Against Bill number MN/56/765 . But when the parcel was delivered , I was shocked to see that many unnecessary books had been delivered . Also many books were torn. Most of the books were in a very bad condition .

Sir , it is earnestly desired that the order be replaced at the earliest . We are giving you a grace period of one week because of our long association . We expect a maximum discount as a compensation. The failure to deliver the order within the grace period will lead to dire consequences for which the plaintive wont be responsible.

Looking forward to a better and. A long lasting association .

With Regards

Yours sincerely

Subject : Complaint Against Defective Books

Sir

Through this letter I wish to inform you that we had placed a bulk order of books for the school library.

We  received the parcel today and were surprised to find that the books sent were defective. Many of the books  had torn pages inside and the quality of the printing is also not good.

I request you to replace the same as we can’t issue such books to the students. They are of no use to us. Kindly  look into the matter and replace the books as early as possible.

Thanking You

Yours sincerely

K. Malik  (Head Librarian)
